Terms of use
Last updated: September 2026
Dacuvi is a platform for building travel itineraries from social media content. By accessing or using Dacuvi, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the terms below. If you do not agree with any of them, please stop using the service.
1. Acceptance of terms
These terms apply to all Dacuvi users. We may update them over time; the latest version is always published on this page, and your continued use of the service means you accept the updated version.
2. Your data & account
Trips, places and votes are tied to an anonymous session on your device (the dd_session cookie), or to a username + PIN account if you choose to sync. Clearing cookies or switching devices before creating an account may make your data unrecoverable — keep your share link if needed.
3. Content you provide
You retain full ownership of the content you create (trips, reviews, notes) and grant Dacuvi the right to display it as needed to operate the service — including public display when you enable community sharing. You are responsible for what you post and agree to only submit links to public content that does not infringe third-party rights.
4. Third-party content & intellectual property
Dacuvi only extracts place names and information from the links you provide — it does not copy, store or redistribute creators' videos or photos. Intellectual property rights to original content belong to their owners and respective platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google Maps); when you open those links, each platform's own terms apply.
5. Accuracy & limitation of liability
Place suggestions, scores and itineraries generated by Dacuvi are for reference only. Actual opening hours, prices and operating status may change — please verify before you go. Dacuvi is not liable for decisions or damages arising from the use of information on the platform.
6. Sponsored content
Sponsored content (if any) is always clearly labeled and never affects community-driven scores or rankings.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Dacuvi for unlawful purposes, not to interfere with the system's infrastructure, not to scrape data without permission, and not to post content that violates others' rights or reputation. We may refuse service in cases of abuse.
8. Contact & partnerships
For questions about these terms, content removal requests, or partnership inquiries, please email support@dacuvi.com. We'll get back to you as soon as possible.
